Areas of Improvement
Writing reviews for people is fun until I get to the section on areas for improvement. I want to help people and not make them mad all at the same time. I found using a list helpful in getting started with ideas on where people can improve because putting “N/A” is really not an option. That is just simply not helpful to anyone.
Identifying areas where peers can grow or adjust involves recognizing opportunities for personal and professional development.

By focusing on areas of improvement, individuals can enhance their personal and professional capabilities, leading to greater success and fulfillment in their careers and personal lives. I think sometimes you have to write down what the person either does not really want to hear or does not realize that is an area they can improve upon. Sometimes people get mad and ask questions which may or may not turn into a good conversation. Other people take their emotional reactions to drive change and then, some people are just mad.
